Beaded embroidery X Lutz Morris leatherwork

This project is the result of a collaboration between a beadwork workshop and the German fashion brand Lutz Morris.

As project manager, I orchestrated every step of this endeavour, from concept to realisation.

My role encompassed every stage of the process, from initial client dialogue to creative proposal, budgeting, material sourcing and logistics. Working closely with the workshop leader, I selected a range of colours and patterns inspired by Bamiléké imagery, bringing to life a series of leather bags embodying the mastery of beading on leather.

This project embodies my holistic approach to project management, where creativity and coordination converge.
